this is a particularly tight show. bringing back memories of 80s new york hip hop/funk parties.
shit rocks gee mad props
In general: Good Radio, thank you!
HEY I HAVE GOT TO GIVE A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE CATS AT WEFUNK. MICHEAL JAY WAS MY FATHER. HE PASSED AWAY A FEW YEARS AGO AND I HAD NOT HEARD THE TRACS IN THIER ORIGINAL STATE IN QUITE SOME TIME. WE HAVE A NUMBER OF HIS RECORDS AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU SOME OF THE JOINTS ARE SO SO STRONG TO THIS DAY I DO NOT KNOW WHY HIS MUSIC WAS NOT BIGGER TO MORE PEOPLE THAN JUST ME AND MY SIBLINGS.
THANKS WE FUNK, YOU TOUCHED ME AND MADE MY WEEK.
PEACE
