Beat Nuts is a Japanese instrumental latin jazz-fusion sextet consisting of Mitsuru Kanekuni (Sax, Flute), Yasuhiko Fukuda (Keyboards), Akira Suzuki (Guitar), Noboru Takasugi (Percussion), Masayuki Higuchi (Drums), Masahiko Rokukawa (Bass). Beat Nuts released their first album "Power Zone" on November 19, 2008 but have been touring and playing live in Japan since 2000.
