Rapper from Brooklyn, New York. Frederick Reeves and his friend Shiller Shaun Fequiere became dancers for Reeves' older brother Jalil Hutchins' rap group, Whodini. The duo soon took on their rap monikers, Doctor Ice and The Kangol Kid and formed UTFO. Doctor Ice became a solo performer in 1989.
