This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which WEFUNK Radio collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the WEFUNK Radio Android mobile application ("App") and WEFUNK Radio website ("Site"). The Phone permission allows read-only access to phone state. The WEFUNK Radio App only uses this permission to detect whether a call is in progress, in order to pause WEFUNK audio to avoid disrupting the call. Other information that can be accessed via the Phone permission is ignored and not stored by the WEFUNK Radio App (phone number of the device, current cellular network information, a list of any phone accounts registered on the device).

WEFUNK Radio may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
