American hip hop band from East Orange, New Jersey Anthony Shawn Criss (Treach), Vinnie Brown (Vin Rock) and Kier Gist (Kay Gee) Active 1986–2002 and 2006–present. They began recording as The New Style in the late 1980s before adopting the name Naughty By Nature and breaking through with the self-titled 1991 album and the single "O.P.P.". Appeared in the movies The Meteor Man and Who's The Man. Treach married Sandra "PEPA" Denton (of Salt 'N' Pepa) in 1999.
