Along with the Leaders of the New School, the Kings of Pressure, Young Black Teenagers, Son of Bazerk, and Public Enemy, True Mathematics was a hip hop musical project managed and directed by the Bomb Squad (Hank and Keith Shocklee, Eric "Vietnam" Sadler) and Chuck D. True Mathematics was a relatively unknown emcee from Hempstead, NY and was one of the more mysterious rap acts to come out of this group having almost no recognition outside of New York. True Mathematics released a number of twelve inch singles between 1987 and 1988, compiling those along with some more tracks to release his debut lp, the ironically titled "Greatest Hits" in late 1988. True Mathematics made one last appearance on Public Enemy's album Apocalypse 91... The Enemy Strikes Black, on a track called "Get The F...
