Capone-N-Noreaga (C-N-N) is an American hip-hop duo from Queens, New York, consisting of Kiam Holley aka Capone (3) and Victor Santiago (2) aka N.O.R.E.. They emerged in the mid-1990s and became known for their raw street narratives, military-themed imagery, and gritty East Coast sound. The duo debuted with the classic album The War Report (1997), a highly influential project in hardcore hip-hop, featuring tracks like "T.O.N.Y. (Top of New York)" and "L.A., L.A.". Due to Capone’s incarceration, N.O.R.E. carried on as a solo artist, releasing successful projects, but the duo reunited for The Reunion (2000). They continued to release music sporadically, dropping albums such as Channel 10 (2009) and The War Report 2 (2010), staying true to their signature raw and street-driven style. Their legacy remains strong within East Coast hip-hop, influencing a generation of hardcore rap artists.
